Watermelon Mint Spritzer

First, make your watermelon juice by cutting up the melon in large pieces. If you want to create watermelon garnish in different cute shapes, be sure to thinly slice a couple of pieces and leave them to the side. Using small, shaped cookie cutters is the easiest way to do this! Juice by blending your watermelon chunks and then pressing gently through a fine sieve to separate the juice.
Pour 2-4 ounces of fresh juice into a champagne glass and then top it off with prosecco. Add your watermelon and mint garnish. Complete the taste with a personalized cocktail napkin and enjoy!
