Spiced Pear Moscow Mule

Spiced Pear Simple Syrup
Ingredients
1 cup pear juice
1 cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1 pear, diced
Directions
Combine your pear juice and sugar into a medium pot and bring to a boil. Stir gently until the sugar has dissolved. Once dissolved, add the cinnamon stick, nutmeg, cardamom and pear. Stir together and then remove from heat. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature and then strain.
Cocktail
Ingredients
4 oz vodka
4 oz spiced Pear simple syrup
1 can ginger beer
1 lime, halved
1 pear, cut into wedges
Directions
Fill your copper mugs with crushed ice. Combine 4 oz of simple syrup and 4 ounces of vodka into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain half the mixture over your ice in each mug. Squeeze half a lime into each mug, and then top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and pear wedge. Stir with a personalized Stir Stick and serve to your soon-to-be very satisfied guest!
