It’s no secret that the Moscow Mule (and its many variations) is a darling in the cocktail world right now. There's just something about the citrus and ginger, and of course the liquor of your choice. The real question is, what doesn’t pair well with a fresh, fizzy, gingery base and a splash of citrus? While you’re trying to think of something, let us introduce the Raspberry Rose Moscow Mule. Yes, you read that right.
Not only does this delicious cocktail have gorgeous, tangy raspberries AND rose water, but its base is ginger kombucha! What?!?! So, this is basically a healthy conscious cocktail. Win/win!
Ingredients:
- several fresh raspberries (frozen will work, too)
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1-2 teaspoons rose water
- 2 ounces your favorite tequila
- ginger kombucha to top it off
Instructions:
- combine the raspberries, lemon juice, tequila, and rose water in a glass
- Muddle as needed/desired
- Add ice
- top with ginger kombucha
