Easter Kid's Table
Fruit Kebobs
This fruit presentation is sure to be a favorite. Make building the fruit kebobs an activity with your kids, topping each stick off with an Easter peep for a festive finger food.
Vegetable Eggs
Make veggies enticing by serving them up in colorful eggs, cut up just the right size for little hands. After all, who says Easter eggs are just for candy?
Coloring Tablecloth
We love the idea of making the entire table an activity to keep kids entertained! Just lay down some bogus paper and supply crayons for doodling.
Peeps Centerpiece
Who knew this classic Easter treat could be so versatile!? Find two vases of similar shape, one wider than the other for easy nesting. Place the smaller vase inside of the outer vase. Then, fill about half the space between the two vases with candy or even some colorful Easter grass and line the top of the remaining space with peeps. Finally, fill the center vase with water and flowers. Finished, now you have a quick and easy Easter centerpiece.
Easter Brunch with Friends
Coffee and Cocktails
Who doesn't like a good theme? If you're celebrating Easter sans kiddos, host a chic brunch with mimosas and coffee to go around.
Beautiful Dishes
Pull out all the stops with lovely dishes and flatware. These were collected from thrift shops for beautiful, unique settings! There' also something so charming about drinking coffee from a delicate teacup. Completely worth the regular refills.
Place Cards
A great way to make your table a little more intimate is to add a place card at each setting. There's something so special and personal seeing the time and attention this detail must have taken. Plus, it's the perfect place to show off that hand lettering you've been learning!
Washi Tape Eggs
Dreaming of golden eggs? Create gorgeous metallic eggs in no time with washi tape! You can combine your colorful tape with traditional egg dyeing, or even tape the eggs directly and fill in white space with metallic paint pens. You can hard boil eggs to decorate or even use fake eggs if you'd like to skip dyeing altogether.
Fun Easter Sayings
Get quirky and creative with the details of your theme and accent your table with cute Easter quotes. We went with "Here Comes Peter Cocktail" and "Somebunny Loves Brunch." Sometimes, a good pun simply can't be overlooked.
Unique Easter Party Favors
Seeing as the kids will be leaving with goodies they won at the party Easter egg hunt, skip sweet party favors for something else. We love this idea of gifting seeds to guests. Not only is gardening totally spring, these are also an environmentally friendly favor! A little 'give back' to Mother Nature. We chose Marigold seeds since these flowers are fairly easy to plant and thrive throughout the summer as well.
