If you’re looking for a new brunch cocktail as summer comes to an end, look no further than this Lemon Mint Creamer cocktail. Fresh mint and lemon yogurt combine with your favorite gin to give you a fresh, creamy and downright gorgeous cocktail! This oh-so-sippable darling will soon be on your steady cocktail rotation! It’s especially lovely with edible flowers added for garnish. (Of course, obtain your edible flowers from a chemical and pesticide-free source.)
Ingredients:
(for 2 cocktails)
• ice (for shaker)
• mint leaves (3-4 per recipe, plus more for garnish)
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• 1 oz. tonic
• 2 oz. your favorite gin
• 2 tbs. lemon-flavored yogurt (or plain if you prefer)
• fresh lemon, to taste
-optional: edible flowers and/or poppy seeds for garnish
Directions:
1) Combine ice, mint, simple syrup and tonic in a shaker
2) Add yogurt and shake for 30 seconds
3) Squeeze fresh lemon, to taste
4) Garnish with edible flowers, mint leaves and/or poppy seeds
