egg nog bourbon recipe

Egg Nog Bourbon

Ingredients
4 oz bourbon
4 large eggs, with whites and yolks separated
2 cups whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch nutmeg for garnish

Directions
Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks and set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat your egg yolks until they lighten in color. Continue to beat while also gradually adding the sugar until it is completely dissolved. Set aside.

Next, combine your milk, heavy cream and nutmeg in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.

Remove from the heat and gradually combine with the egg and sugar mixture.

Almost there! Return the mixture to your saucepan and cook on medium heat until it reaches 160° F. Remove from heat, stir in bourbon, pour into a medium mixing bowl and set in the refrigerator to chill.

Meanwhile, beat your set aside egg whites into soft peaks. Continue to beat while also gradually adding the sugar and. Beat until stiff peaks form.

Once the drink in the refrigerator is chilled, whisk in the egg whites. Serve chilled.

gingerbread white Russian recipe

Gingerbread White Russian

Ingredients
1 oz Gingerbread Kahlúa
1 oz SNAP liquor (gingersnap flavored )
1 oz vodka
Heavy cream
Ice

Directions
Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes, and combine the Kahlúa, liqueur and vodka. Slowly top it off with a bit of heavy cream. We poured ours over a spoon so that it would combine equally.

Now, the best part! And possibly the most time-consuming. Garnish your drink with gingerbread men, or if you're like us and can't find them in the grocery, teddy grahams will work as well. Depending on how thick the rim of your glass is, you may have to shave a little bit of the gingerbread man's leg off. We also dipped ours real quick in a bit of water. Then, they stuck on quite nicely!

fireball cream soda

Fireball Cream Soda

Ingredients
Fireball
Cream Soda

Directions
In a tumbler over ice, combine 3 parts cream soda and 1 part Fireball. And that's it! Enjoy with your favorite personalized cocktail napkin for a bachelor party to (maybe) remember.

cranberry white sangria recipe

Cranberry White Sangria

Ingredients
1 bottle of Pinot Grigio
1/2 cup of white grape juice
Club soda
2 apples (one red and one white)
1 cup of fresh cranberries
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
1/4 cup of sugar

Directions
First, chop your apples into small cubes. Then, combine the apples, cranberries, sugar, wine and grape juice in a pitcher. Stir to help the sugar dissolve. Then, top off the sangria with club soda to give it a bit of bubbly. Finally, add your sprig of rosemary for garnish and to help cut the sweetness.

Set your Christmas sangria in the refrigerator to chill, for the sugar to dissolve a bit more, and for the flavors to blend. Meanwhile, time to rim your glasses! Prep your wine glasses by filling the bottom of one small plate with water and another small plate with white sugar. Carefully dip the rim of each glass first in the water and then in the sugar. Beautiful! Sugar wine glasses. Bring your sangria out of the fridge and divide among the four glasses. Be sure to include a generous serving of fruit in each glass. Finish off the Christmas cocktail with a cute paper straw, festive straw tag and personalized holiday cocktail napkin. Serve with appetizers for a great holiday party!

boozy hot chocolate recipe

Boozy Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
8 oz peppermint schnapps
8 tbsp cocoa powder
16 oz (1 pint) milk
6 tbsp sugar
Jumbo marshmallow

Directions
First, make your hot chocolate. Do this by combining your milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until heated and the cocoa and sugar are dissolved. Once this is done, immediately add 2 oz of peppermint schnapps to each mug or Christmas paper coffee cup and then top them off with your freshly made hot cocoa.  Garnish with a jumbo marshmallow and a dash of extra cocoa powder OR with whipped cream and crush peppermint. Both are equally delicious!!
