Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan
Recipe: Yields 2
Ingredients
3 oz vodka
1 oz orange liqueur
2 oz cranberry juice
½ oz fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
Cotton candy
Ice
Directions
First, set out 2 glasses—we went with champagne coupes—and place a generous pull of cotton candy in the bottom of each glass. Set aside.
Next, fill a cocktail shaker with ice and then add the vodka, liqueur and fruit juices. Shake well to chill and combine. Strain chilled drink over the cotton candy. Watch the magic happen! Garnish with a lime spiral. We also kept with the candy theme and added cute spiral marshmallows as an additional garnish, held perfectly with a custom stir stick.
