Headed to the beach for that family reunion you’ve been planning for months? Time to relax with a cool drink! We’re not quite sure what it is, but sweet drinks always seem more appropriate by the ocean. So, don the perfect floppy hat, dig your toes in the sand and sip away. We hope that secret smile is for how easy it was to impress Aunt Betty with those personalized cocktail napkins.
Ingredients
2 oz lemon vodka
3 oz blue cream soda
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (1/2-1 lemon)
Fresh blueberries
Fresh mint
Lemon peel (garnish)
Directions
Combine your vodka, cream soda and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and stir well. Prepare your cocktail glass with ice and a handful of blueberries. Pour the mixed drink over your ice and berries. Garnish with a lemon peel and mint.
