Blackberry Bramble
Ingredients
4 ounces Gin
2 oz blackberry syrup
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
Blackberries
Soda water
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine you gin, blackberry syrup (make or purchase) and lemon juice over ice. Shake to chill. Strain between two rocks glasses filled with ice. Top off each glass with soda water and then add a few blackberries and lemon zest for garnish. Cheers!
